David is the senior director of HR for McCormick's consumer products division, serving on the business' executive leadership team and responsible for delivering workforce strategy and operations for the division. He has also served McCormick as senior director of HR, U.S. Industrial Group/R&D and director of global talent management. David previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (a strategy and technology consulting firm) leading a team of consultants in the human capital solutions practice on a variety of initiatives for Federal Government and private-sector clientele, including competency modeling and assessment, workforce and succession planning, career development, and HR operations and shared services.
David started his professional career in the Internal Revenue Service’s human capital office leading competency modeling, assessment development, and recruitment and selection strategies and initiatives. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University in Baltimore and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University.
