Crystal Montague is responsible for leading ARC’s airline participation program. She also manages the customer experience initiatives for the airline community, which includes training and process improvement projects. Crystal joined ARC in April 2006 and has held numerous positions in business analysis, continuous process improvement and product management.
Prior to joining ARC, Crystal held positions in business analysis, operations, revenue management and sales at Delta Air Lines and Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia. Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University, a master’s degree in management and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
