Andrew Watterson serves the people of Southwest Airlines as executive vice president and chief revenue officer. Watterson joined Southwest Airlines as vice president of network planning and performance in October 2013 and became senior vice president of network and revenue in January 2015.
Prior to that, Watterson was vice president of planning and revenue management at Hawaiian Airlines. Before Hawaiian, Watterson was with the consulting firm Oliver Wyman in Dallas for 12 years, serving as a partner in the aviation, aerospace and defense practice; and three years with Ernst & Young in Atlanta and Paris serving clients in various industries as an operations management consultant. His background also includes four years of service in the U.S. Army. Mr. Watterson holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
